Heart care in Tabriz, prepared from wherever you are.
If you live outside Iran, you can send your heart test results and reports before you travel, so the team knows your situation and what to expect.
Before you travel
Please send what you have. Clear copies are fine to start with. For heart problems, earlier tests and the history matter as much as the latest result.
- Echo reports, and the images or video if you have them (on a disc or as files)
- ECG tracings and reports, and any heart-rhythm recording such as a portable ECG or an exercise test
- Angiography or other heart scan reports, if you have had them
- Blood test results
- A list of the medicines you take now, with how long you have taken each one, and your allergies and long-term conditions
- Reports of earlier visits, hospital stays, procedures or operations, and any discharge notes
- A note of your symptoms: what you feel, when it started, and what brings it on
Send these through our international support line on WhatsApp or by phone: +989302272111

Practical questions
Can the doctor tell me what is wrong from my records alone?
Not always. Records help the doctor see what has already been done and what is still missing, but a diagnosis usually needs your history, an examination and sometimes new tests. The final decision is made after you have been seen.
I have chest pain, severe breathlessness or fainting. Should I wait until I can travel or get a reply?
No. These can be signs of an emergency. Get urgent care where you are now, and do not wait for a trip or a reply.
Is my information kept private?
This page cannot make a promise about that. Before you send anything, ask the support team how your records are stored and who can see them. You have a right to ask.
How long would I need to stay in Tabriz?
It depends on which tests are needed and how long they take, and on your treatment. An estimate can be given once your records have been reviewed.
Can a companion come with me, and what about language, accommodation and payment?
These details are being confirmed. Please ask the support team when you contact us; do not make travel plans until you have a written answer.
What number do I call in an emergency?
115 is the emergency number inside Iran. It works only while you are in Iran. From abroad, use your local emergency number.
Every patient's treatment plan is different; ask your doctor about your own situation.
